BtoBakehouse began as a home-kitchen operation — the kind that starts with friends asking for "just one more batch" of brownies or truffles. As demand grew past what a home kitchen could hold, we rebuilt around one goal: give café and hotel partners a bakery supplier that treats bulk orders with the same care as a single-portion dessert.

We work with couverture-grade chocolate, fresh dairy, and seasonal fruit sourced for consistency, not just cost. Ingredient swaps are only made with prior sign-off from wholesale partners — never silently.
Chilled items travel in insulated, sealed transport; ambient items are packed to survive café and hotel back-of-house handling. Delivery windows are agreed per account so stock lands when your kitchen is ready for it.
